The D.O.P. olive-oil (made from taggiasche olives) has a delicious, delicate flavour. The taste is “round”, slightly fruity and it keeps the fragrance of almonds and artichokes.

As to colour it is misty, yellow-greenish. This extra-virgin olive-oil respects the rules and regulations of the olive-oil production established by the "consorzio della tutela dell'olio" from its cultivation to its bottling.
